    Reflective light barrier with polarizing filter, M18x1-metal thread, dark switching. The AO014 optical sensor is a retroreflective sensor that is used in combination with a reflector (AA950 / AA951 mirror). The decisive advantage of a photoelectric sensor with a polarizing filter in combination with a triple mirror is that the probability of incorrect switching caused by highly reflective objects (e.g. Safety vests, etc.) is minimized. The light is focused on a triple mirror and is cast at 90°. The polarizing filter only allows this self-emitting light beam through sensor switching. Even highly reflective metal objects can be detected as an object because their reflected radiation is stopped by a polarizing filter.
