    Procesní senzory

    Procesní senzory se používají všude, kde se používají kapaliny a plyny v průmyslových aplikacích. Zaznamenávají a monitorují procesní data. Procesní senzory mohou být použity ve velmi širokém rozsahu aplikací. Musí však být navrženy přesně podle požadavků stanovených měřeným médiem, tlaků a teplot v aplikaci. Procesní senzory různých druhů byly speciálně navrženy pro monitorování procesních hodnot: úroveň plnění, teplota, tlak a průtok/výkon. Měří příslušné hodnoty procesu a předávají je do řídicí jednotky.
    Snímače tlaku se používají k zaznamenávání a monitorování tlaku systému a hydrostatického tlaku. Snímače průtoku měří a monitorují průtok a množství průtoku. Snímače úrovně monitorují a registrují úrovně plnění v nádržích, silách a jiných kontejnerech. Snímače teploty měří a monitorují teplotu médií a systémů.

    Oblasti použití pro procesní senzory

    Procesní senzory se používají mimo jiné v potravinářském průmyslu, chemickém průmyslu, hydraulických aplikacích a technologiích odpadních vod. Plní úkoly, jako jsou:
    • Tlaková registrace pneumatických a hydraulických aplikací
    • Měření a informace o aktuálních úrovních plnění
    • Registrace teploty v kritických procesech
    • Průtokoměry
