    Best optical performance in standard applications - even in humid environments and in the food industry. The one-way light curtain system is characterized by a very high range because it consists of two separate parts: a transmitter and a receiver. The automatic optical receiver AO004 switches reliably at a distance of up to 10 m. The receiver's rugged stainless steel housing is rated IP65, IP67, IP68 and IP69K and can therefore be used in standard applications as well as in the food industry as well as in wet environments. A visible red light allows easy adjustment of the system's light barriers. The light beam moves in only one direction, thus promoting high resistance to dust, water vapor or lens contamination.

    The AO004 optical receiver can be used with the AO003 optical transmitter

    AO004 is also available as AO026 in a plastic housing with a lower IP67 rating.

    Further technical characteristics and suitable accessories (sensor leads AA009, AA010, AA011, AA012 for standard applications, sensor leads AA013, AA014, AA015, AA016 for wet and food industry, mounting AA907 and transmitter AO003).
