    The AO021 dark switchable auto glass reflective sensor with polarizing filter reliably detects even reflective objects. The device is suitable for long distances with an adjustable sensing distance of maximum 1.8 m. The sensor has IO-Link and can be easily parameterized by software: io

    The bounce-back sensor combines the transmitter and receiver in one housing. The emitted red light is reflected by a triple mirror and detected by the receiver. The device only works with the AA949 mirror , because the reflected light waves are polarized by 90°. This has the advantage that reflections on reflective surfaces do not cause unwanted switching

    The bounce-back sensor is very small, compact and allows installation in narrow and small rooms. In combination with AO021 with triple mirror, AA949 is recommended as it is suitable for seamless installation in confined spaces. The reflective sensor has an M8 connector which is connected to the sensor by a cable. The three-core cable is made of PVC and is 30 cm long. IP67 protection allows the device to operate in very harsh conditions

    The relevant mounting accessories and the corresponding corner mirrors (AA949, AA950 or AA951), which have been developed specifically for the AO021, can be found below. Dimensional drawings, operating manuals and other technical data are also available.
