    Indukční snímače

    Indukční snímače patří mezi snímače polohy. Tyto snímače se používají tam, kde je nutné detekovat polohu kovového předmětu v rozmezí několika milimetrů až několika centimetrů. Vlastní spínací rozsah závisí na modelu snímače. V téměř všech automatizovaných procesech jsou senzory připraveny poskytnout řídící jednotce informace. Indukční snímače vzdálenosti firmy autosen poskytují potřebné signály o pozicích a koncových polohách. Slouží i jako generátor impulsů pro počítání úkolů nebo detekci rychlosti otáčení. Indukční snímače se používají ve velmi různorodých aplikacích s různými požadavky na rozsah a stupeň ochrany.

    Indukční snímače s vysokou odolností autosen jsou odolné a spolehlivé, mají široký rozsah provozních teplot a díky vysokému stupni krytí až do IP69k mohou být použity i pro náročnější aplikace, včetně náročných průmyslových prostředí.
     
    Indukční snímače s celokovovým pouzdrem
    Dále nabízí autosen, Indukční snímače s celokovovým pouzdrem, které jsou díky svým kovovým snímacím plochám robustní. Byly optimalizovány pro použití v potravinářském průmyslu a ve vlhkých zónách, takže jsou schopni splnit zvláštní požadavky, které platí v takovém prostředí. Indukční snímače s celokovovými pouzdry také vydržely časté čisticí postupy a kolísavé teploty.
    Indukční snímače s korekčním faktorem 1
    Naše indukční senzory Factor-1 jsou řešením problémů téměř pro všechny aplikace. Mají stejný dosah snímání pro všechny kovy (korekční faktor = 1 pro všechny kovy). Mohou být také použity v náročných podmínkách z důvodu vysokého stupně ochrany IP69k. Senzory Factor-1 jsou odolné vůči olejům a mazivům zajišťují časté nasazení v zařízeních i díky vysoké spínací frekvenci.

    Výhody a nevýhody indukčních snímačů

    Ve srovnání s mechanickými snímači mají indukční senzory několik výhod: vysoké spínací frekvence, zvláště vysoký stupeň přesnosti spínacích bodů - a samozřejmě šetrná bezkontaktní technologie pro detekci všech druhů kovů. Indukční snímače jsou ideální pro použití v náročných průmyslových prostředích. Mohou odolat prachu, vlhkosti a vibracím, fungovat bez kontaktu a bez poškození a stále pracují správně, i když snímaná plocha je pokrytá materiálem. Induktivní senzory fungují stále a spolehlivě, ať již registrují na pohyblivé nebo stacionární objekty. Jsou velmi vhodné pro úkoly detekce polohy, které zahrnují kovové předměty a malé rozsahy měření od několika milimetrů až po dvojciferný počet centimetrů.
     
     
     
     
     
    Indukční snímače však nejsou vhodné pro detekci polohy nekovových předmětů nebo kde je vyžadován větší dosah. Pro menší rozsahy měření by měly být použity kapacitní snímače bez ohledu na materiálovou a povrchovou strukturu objektů, které mají být detekovány. Pokud se jedná o větší dosahy, doporučuje se používat ultrazvukové senzory, které mohou detekovat i všechny materiály a povrchové struktury nebo fotoelektrické snímače pro neprůhledné objekty.
     

    Všechny výhody indukčních snímačů:

    • Přesné měření, zda se objekt pohybuje nebo ne
    • Není citlivý na usazeniny na snímací ploše

    • Odolnost proti zkratu a důkaz proti přepólování

     

    Příklady použití pro indukční snímače

    Vzhledem k mnoha různým typům mohou být indukční snímače použity ve velmi širokém spektru aplikací a odvětví. Jejich vysoký stupeň ochrany a robustnost je činí vhodnými pro použití v potravinářském průmyslu, nápojovém průmyslu, robotizaci atd.

    • Detekce pohyblivých součástí stroje a objektů, které mají být zpracovány
    • Počítání kovových součástí v technologii podávání a dopravě komponentů
    • Vysoce přesná reference nulových poloh pro pohyblivé části (robotizace)
