- For types with installed valve kit in Nylon, EPDM and springs for approx. 100 PSI: 8000-941-260, 8005-932-260, 8000-952-899, 8000-952-289, 8095-902-260.
- This is a universal valve kit with By-Pass and springs for about 100 PSI.
If a By-pass with a different opening pressure value is used in the pump, the springs can be retained from the original part and thus the original opening pressure value can be maintained. During operation, it is the elastomers of the valve set and not the springs that are subject to wear. The need to replace them is usually only related to their loss during disassembly.
The kit can also be used when an existing pump with By-Pass (e.g. 8000-955-280 with By-Pass 80 PSI) needs to be pressurized. By installing the 94-391-37 kit (or the springs from this kit), it will increase to 100 PSI. After installation, we recommend monitoring the engine temperature, which may or may not increase (e.g., when the pump is running for short intervals). The temperature increase can be solved by installing external cooling fins (ACCESSORIES menu) or an external fan (very often PC fans).
